Open ChatGPT or Claude and paste this:
I want you to learn how I write so you can draft emails and messages in my voice. Interview me one question at a time, and keep it quick and practical.
Ask me about: how I open and close, how formal or casual I am with clients versus coworkers, words and phrases I actually use, things I never say, and how long I like my messages. Then ask me to paste two or three real emails I've sent that sound like me.
When you have enough, write a short "Voice Profile" that captures my tone, my habits, and my rules, so any AI could use it to write as me. Ask your first question now.
Answer in your own words. When it asks for samples, give it real emails you've sent, with anything private stripped out. The more honest your answers, the more it sounds like you.
It hands you back a short Voice Profile. Don't leave it buried in a chat. Save it as a Project in ChatGPT or Claude, or store it as a saved memory, and name it "My Voice." Now every draft you start there begins with your voice already loaded.
Draft: paste a thread and say "draft a reply in my voice." Nudge it with one word if you need to: warmer, shorter, firmer.
Gut check: before anything that matters, paste your draft and ask "where could this be misread?" Fix those spots, then send.
