ThinkShift is built to earn trust before it asks for much. This page is a practical summary for the current version.
Workstyle Finder
If you ask for your kit, we also save your Workstyle result, quiz answers, and first recommended Shift. That helps us send more relevant ThinkShift emails later.
Attribution
We may save basic source information such as referrer and UTM tags so we can understand which launch channels work.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see which pages and tools are useful. We do not send your email address or individual quiz answers to Analytics. We may measure that the quiz started or finished and which Workstyle result it returned. Analytics storage starts off. Google may receive limited measurements without cookies before you choose. If you decline, storage stays off.
Subscriber access
If you use a subscriber-only library section, we may store a small browser access marker and set a signed cookie so the site can remember that access in the same browser.
What not to send
Do not paste confidential company data, customer information, passwords, private documents, or sensitive personal information into ThinkShift forms.
